Rates: (Prices in Canadian $. Include GST and PST where applicable)

Room rate: $60/night/bedroom (double occupancy). Two upstairs bedrooms and a bathroom (sink, toilet, shower) open on to a mezzanine over the living room. The larger “North Bedroom” has a California King waterbed (heated, waveless); the “South Bedroom” has two extra-long twin beds.

Private Instruction: $50.00/hr, or $125/day for a 3 hour session working alongside Perri with instruction during the breaks. We may paint in the studio, from a model, photo reference or paint the scenery.

Studio Access: $25.00/day/artist to paint in the studio (no instruction), or for use of the studio by guest artists hosting a workshop.

Group Workshop: $250 for 3 day/ $400 for 5 day workshops (minimum 4 students, maximum 6). Starting with a demo, the students will have 3 or 5 days intensive immersion: morning instruction and assistance, afternoon free time with the model to work on the painting. Weather permitting; we may paint outdoors near sunset. (studio/model expenses are included).

Workshop/room bundle: $430 for 3-day workshop/4 nights. $670 for 5-day workshop/6 nights. Only two bedrooms at Lake haven are available on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis.

Model fee: $15/hr (this is the local “island” rate if you need a model other than one I might have scheduled for my own painting).
